This update fixes a crash when the app is opened or an exercise is started from the Control Center in iOS 26.

In this version, we have added the following improvements: - When creating a custom exercise, you can now configure the intervals in tenths of a second. So, saving a configuration with intervals 5.5 - 4 - 5.5 - 4 is now possible. - Fixed an issue where the "sessions per day" metric in Stats was wrong for new users. - Improved the fireflies animation Thank you for using Unwind and do reach out if you have any feedback.

This update fixes an issue where adjusting the session length of an exercise on the watch causes scroll to top.

This update has the following changes: - New: Added a new page where you can learn about various benefits of breathing exercises, and how to breathe properly. This page will be updated regularly with more helpful information related to breathing exercises. - Improved: on watchOS, the haptics for exhale has been changed to make it less similar to the haptics for inhale. - Improved: Favorite exercises are now sorted alphabetically.

This update fixes the watchOS complication deep link. When you tap on a complication on the watch, it will now take you to the correct exercise.

This update brings the following changes: - You can now choose location-based theming so that Unwind matches the outside colors. To enable it, go to Settings -> Dynamic Theme. You can also choose to use a static theme if you don't want it to change throughout the day. - Fixed a bug where some widgets on iOS and complications on watchOS stopped working. - Improved the overall performance of the app so it's even lighter on system resources.

When you add a feeling after your breathing session, it will also (optionally) save that momentary emotion to HealthKit. - Fixed an issue where tapping on the widget with a custom exercise wouldn't open the custom exercise details - Fixed sharing quotes and sessions on Instagram for devices running iOS 18 There's a lot more new improvements coming, so stay tuned! This update fixes the following bugs: - Custom exercises on the watch not appearing after the last update - When using "Breathing Scenery" animation, there was sometimes a glitch which showed two scenes at the same time Thanks for reporting the bugs. Unwind 3.2 introduces a redesigned experience for exploring exercises, better ambiences, new moods, and much more. - A better exercise explorer: You can now mark your frequently done exercises as favorite and they'll always appear on the homepage. Apart from that, now all the other exercises are just one tap away. You can now also filter exercises based on your current mood. - New exercises: Some of the similar exercises have been replaced to introduce new exercises for tackling anger, anxiety, and more. - Better ambiences: Forest, Rainforest, Pagoda, Castle, and a few more ambiences have been updated with new sounds to make them even more immersive and calming. - Breathing sounds: A new options has been added in the audio settings to enable real breathing sounds. This massively improves the closed eye breathing experience with Unwind - Musical notes: Apart from the voice instructions, you can now turn on musical notes to cue you when to breathe in and when to breathe out.
