Hello and thank you for your review.Can you disconnect your phone and then connect it back, eventually with the phone screen unlocked? Also, can you change the port where you connect the phone?Also, please make sure you are using a good cable, eventually the official Apple cable, this can solve a lot of issues.Hope this helps.
