Fast links to GenBank and Protein Data Bank.
Instructions: Paste genome sequence into the first text field. Then select translation options and press "Translate" button.
Most possible protein sequences will be shown into
the second text field. Scroll down to see all 3 frames and the open reading frames (ORF). You can look for genomes in the GenBank - open it from the "Fast links" menu. You can also select a sequence and search for similar proteins in the Protein Data Bank.
