V3.0 update includes a new feature: PLANETARY WARS You can colonize any planet. When colonized you establish a population on the planet. The population grows over time and generates credits which can be collected. Planets have a finite number of resources (some more than others) which determines how strong planet defenses are and how large of a fleet a planet can construct. The more planets you colonize the larger your fleet. Use fleets to invade other colonized planets and take them over. 3 new leaderboards to compare your empire to other players

Optimizations for lower end devices.

Fix bug when discovering new habitable planets and the habitable planet count on the Galaxy Map did not increase. Made any planet type potentially habitable, not just tropical planets. Planet scan should report proper water state now (boiling, frozen, liquid) based on planet temperature. Made onscreen arrows only show up when HUD is turned on to reduce screen clutter but locator icons still show up.

Timer added to battle missions. Must get to the star before the timer expires or mission ends. Added this so if a captain wishes to ignore the star base cry for help it will go away after 3 minutes with no penalty incurred.

Small fix - sometimes planetary missions would not register as completed and HUD indicators would not show up. - sometimes battle mission stars would have no enemies.
