Fixes a crash some users encountered with certain system configurations

* Update icon for macOS 26 * Fixed duplicate device entries in device lists. Also added a button to reset the known device list for users affected by this bug. * Improved device selection algorithm that should do the right thing in most cases now. (If something seems off, please email me details and I can simulate it.) * Fixed rare crash during device connection

Metadata updates

* New feature: optional system-wide hotkey to mute the current input device + menu bar icon when it is muted * New feature: new devices may now be added to the top or bottom of the device list * Cleanup of device switching logic. This has been tested extensively, but if you see some odd behavior, please let me know. * Work towards improving handling of more than one of the same device (such as monitors). If you have an older version of AudioWrangler, please highlight these devices in the device list, hit Delete/Backspace, and re-launch to re-add them.

* Optionally mute internal speaker upon switching to it. Great if you work in shared spaces. * Adds a "Switch to preferred devices" item to the menu. * AirPod Pro ear state change detection. Previously, AudioWrangler would enforce preferred device usage only upon device connection/disconnection. Now, ear state changes queue a check and potential switch to preferred devices shortly after the system-initiated device switch.

* Improved handling of device switching with AirPods and similar devices

* Fix bug where device switching could fail when there were two devices of different types (input/output) with the same name

* Fix Catalina launch error

* Backspace/delete key may be used to remove devices on the input/output device preference panes * Fix for rare "Unknown Device Name" appearing in devices list * Redo notification code to notify the user for any change in input/output device, rather than just AudioWrangler-initiated changes * Debounce notifications to cut down on how many are sent in quick succession
