This app provides a tally counter with voice announcements, and it also works magically on the lock screen. It's the only tally app that works even with the screen locked. Super handy and a huge battery saver.
• Announces the current count in voice when it changes (can be turned off).
• Shows the count and controls on the system lock screen. It saves battery life big time. Just tap on the minus and plus button to increase and decrease the count.
• Set the counter to an arbitrary value or reset it.
• The counter is safely stored so you can continue even if the app is restarted.
• Choose voices for the count announcements, many languages are support.
Though the user interface is currently only in English, all the following languages are supported for count announcement.
