Treatment Companion: weight loss medication tracker, not medical advice Karafs does not suggest medication, dosage, or treatment changes. You can only log the medication and dose prescribed by your doctor, record medication use, and set reminders based on your own schedule. Choose your calendar Use Karafs with the Persian or Gregorian calendar, whichever you prefer. Karafs is free to download. Karafs Pro unlocks food logging, your meal plan, recipes, Karaa and more — start with a 3-day free trial. Karafs Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
