Do you want to prank people into thinking you have a real working lie detector test!? While other “lie detector tests” on the App Store just display random results (lame), this one actually works – every single time (not lame!). How is this possible?? Well, it’s because you will have a sneaky assistant who is secretly controlling the output of each test. Here’s how it works. The prank requires two people: (1) the Pranker and (2) the Assistant. Each must have the app on their own device. The Pranker is the one who visibly performs the prank. Their phone will show the lie detector test. Basically, a button is held down which pretends to scan the voice of someone who is either lying or telling the truth. This convinces them that their voice is being analyzed for signs of deceit (tell them it’s detecting things like pitch changes, tone fluctuations, signs of nervousness, or anything else you want). Now, the Assistant is the critical piece of the puzzle; they are the one who actually controls the outcome of the test (from their own phone). Their job is to listen to the person's statement and quickly determine if it's true or a lie. In other words, during the “voice analysis” (or up to two seconds after it finishes), the assistant can pick the result of the test – either truth or a lie.
