Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Let us provide some explanations and further context behind the recent app changes:1. Horizontal photos: These should still be supported. After the update, for 1-page ECGs, the app now automatically recognizes the ECG format and correctly auto-rotates the picture so you can upload it both horizontally and vertically. It's true that if you take the picture directly with the PMcardio camera, it will now navigate you to take it within a shown rectangular space, to help you ensure you're capturing the whole ECG correctly.2. OMI module & NSTEMI: The OMI module is still available, it has just been renamed to the ACS module and now provides a positive OMI diagnostic result just for active occlusions (the result will be positive if it's either a standard STEMI or a STEMI equivalent). You can find more information about the current ACS (OMI) module here: https://powerfulmedical.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/19238502026780-ACS-AI-Module-Understanding-diagnostic-results. Its diagnostic performance has actually been enhanced with the recent update.3. Confidence levels (Credibility rating): They are still available as well (under Pro Plan), but only for low-confidence diagnoses.
