mCharts Body shows medical conditions on a human body map and helps understand causes and treatment by linking to easy-to-understand content. The App lets you tag medical items you are interested in, so you can quickly show your health summary to providers during a visit with your health provider. We automatically incorporate information stored in Apple Health, so you should configure connections to health organizations for best results. You can also manually enter health information. With the plethora of information from health systems, mCharts Body lets you filter the list of conditions, allergies, and medications into a concise list, so you're prepared to discuss your health and fill in forms at your next visit. To connect to health organizations, use your browser to search for "download records to Apple Health".
