Fixes a crash when adding photos to or removing them from groups

Complies with flickr's latest API guidelines, specifically the new User-Agent requirement for HTTP request headers.

Bugs fixed in flickery v1.9.46: - flickery's appearance on macOS Mojave in Dark mode (for now, flickery opts out of Dark mode) - A crash when cancelling uploads - A crash when a certain error is returned from flickr - A crash when retrieving a user's image - A crash when updating internal caches

Due to API restrictions, flickery now requires at least macOS Lion (version 10.7.3) My apologies for the lack of updates on flickery. I had begun work on version 2.0, but then that whole Yahoo sale happened and I was unsure about how things would turn out. Now that flickr is in the hands of SmugMug, I'm more confident about where things are going. Again, I'm sorry!
