- Search: ability to search for topics across all editions
- Touch Mode: This mode is a new way to read your daily newspaper article by article. It's designed for the iPhone and iPad.
* Classic mode will still be available for folks that like to experience our content in a more traditional way.
Our goal is to simplify the way everyone consumes our content, no matter where you are, giving everyone a best-in-class experience.

We’re also introducing a brand new way to read your edition on iPad: the Touch Version.
You can access it with your usual subscription by toggling the "Touch" switch in the kiosk.

Update to the most recent version of the NYDN app and if you're running iOS5 and above you will automatically have all of your new editions pushed directly to your device through Newsstand! You must also have Auto-Renewal switched on and an active WiFi connection to continue receiving editions automatically on your device.
We have also improved image clarity as well as the loading speed of editions.
**Please note that if you are upgrading to the most recent version of NYDN and you are running iOS5 and above your NYDN app will now be stored within Newsstand**
Various bug fixes have also been put in place due to recent feedback from readers.
