Minor bug fixes

• fixed restore button didn't hide after restore purchase. • minor issue on iPad – hard to open settings by dragging from top.

We did research based on valuable customer's feedback and come up with new more suitable design solution for using Guide and Tip Calculator: • Guide is now easily accessible from main screen. • Tip Calculator much more simpler and easy to user. No more options for Tip % and Split – just a simple track bar to select desired % (and it is now free) • Check/Bill scan feature is right there where you need when you want to do a fast amount input. • New type of tips are added: Bartender, Barista, and Tour Guide. We're eager to get your feedback on new design. If you have any questions or feedback please send us a message to support@globe.studio. Thank you!
