Tried journaling before? Quit after a week? Little Memory is a journal for people who have a hard time keeping a journal. Write one line about your day, that's it. Fifteen seconds, done.
A week, a month, a year from now, your words come back to you. You'll notice patterns you never expected, see how far you've come, and rediscover moments you would have lost.
