Two new browser view modes make it easier to find your information quickly. You can change mode in the View menu.

You can now store your document passwords in your Keychain and use biometric authentication to open them. Most of the text fields now offer auto-completion (press F5 or Opt-Esc while typing). You can now filter search results by the time of the last edit. You can now instruct the password generator to insert numeric digits in generated pass-phrases. Other minor improvements.

Changes to apps suggested for opening URLs mean there may now be more options available. Web browsers will not be suggested for inappropriate URL schemes. Bank account notes can now include multiple addresses. Bank account notes can now include telephone numbers and email addresses.

BitSafe is now a Universal Binary with native support for Apple Silicon. There is now a context menu in the note browser. Additional toolbar controls can quickly expand/collapse folder hierarchies. Other minor updates.

BitSafe now supports "well-known password change URLs". BitSafe now has greater knowledge of websites' password rules and can attempt to obtain rules directly from a website. Other minor fixes and improvements.

Added Google Drive™ integration. The BackupVault window no longer uses case-sensitive sorting. Folders can now have tag and comment metadata. Minimum supported version of macOS is now 10.11.0. All note types can now have comments and tag metadata. Login notes can now refer to multiple URLs (for example the same login might apply to both .com and .co.uk versions of a site) Can now generate pass phrases in addition to passwords. On macOS 10.14+, adding an item to the pinboard when it was hidden didn't always cause it be displayed. This is fixed. Adds support for an update to the BitSafeArchive file format.

You can now choose how to sort documents in the Backup Vault window. Various minor improvements and fixes.

Users can now set a note title to be displayed in italic or bold text. You can now show a document in the Finder from the File menu. Dropping a note on a folder in the pinboard will now move the note into the folder. Other minor improvements.

Items within a BitSafe Archive (BitAr) file are now displayed with the appropriate icon for the file type.

A new option for the password generator creates passwords which do not contain letters or symbols which are hard distinguish from each other. When searching for weak passwords, the password strength for each result is displayed directly in the results list. Other interface improvements.

A new Document Info tool displays information about how many notes are contained in a document. Credit cards are now displayed when accessed by browser add-ons, like logins already are - dependant on using browser add-on version 1.5.
