Every time when I have an emergency situation that I need to get a car some drivers will cancel my service only because they lazy to find my location. Not only because of that sometimes they makes you waiting for longer than 30min, due to “concentrating of driving” and just cancel your service.

The driver often goes to the wrong pickup place, and every time when I try to find them, they cancelled the order, and I still have to pay for that, but I didn’t ride car, why I have to pay them??
