Whether you are planning to create an online survey, an online exam, an online poll, or an online questionnaire, you can do them all on this easy-to-use online survey tool for Apple iOS.
You will be impressed with its plethora of features to create custom forms from scratch; from Questions (9 distinct types) to Themes to Templates to Overview to Media Options to Multi-Language support to Download to spreadsheets to Preview & more, it is loaded with all the best-in-class features that users look for in a Form Maker:
—The Questions feature supports 9 distinct question formats like Short Answer, Long Answer, Email, Number, File Upload, Multiple-choice Checkboxes, Dropdown, Date, Time, & Star Rating.
—The Themes feature supports both standard & custom themes for use as background images for the forms like Dark Mode. Additionally, it allows the company logo to be added if the form developer is interested in displaying it. The best part is the app will mix and match with the colors in the theme to come out with a visually appealing “Start Survey” button that blends perfectly well into the theme.
—The Templates feature offers a huge assortment of Templates for simplifying your job of form creation based on categories like Travel, Education, Food, Registration, & Health.
—The Overview feature helps analyze the responses for making informed decisions; gives access to valuable insights like percentage of participants that selected a particular answer for a closed-ended question. What’s even better is one can also view the data in tabular and graphical depictions (graphs, pie charts & bar graphs).
—The Attachment/Media Option feature allows form makers to embed images, videos and website URLs within the forms for giving a better context to the respondents. —The Multi-Language feature supports 11 popular languages from across the world.
—The Download feature offers the capability of exporting users’ responses to spreadsheets in .XLSX, .PDF & .CSV formats for analyzing trends and patterns.
—The Preview feature allows the users to take a live preview of their forms before they get published online. This enables the design of aesthetically appealing forms that gel well with the end users' mobile devices.
