A fresh new look for OurSphere. What's new: • Swipe between members on the map, with a compass that points to each person • Redesigned Settings with your profile up top, and a simpler Edit Profile • Clearer alerts: SOS and fall alerts stand out, repeat zone alerts are grouped • Easier Add Tack setup and redesigned Tack settings Plus stronger privacy and security, and many fixes for stability and performance.

A lighter, faster, steadier OurSphere. • Takes up much less space, and is more stable. • Maps and the Tacks tab open faster. • Clearer sign-in messages, and better Chinese and Japanese. • Some small bug fixes.

Dark mode is here — the whole app, map included. You can also sign in with Google or Apple. Also new: • Tap a notification to jump straight to that person or device • Emergency Mode with a live countdown and a pin on the map • Clear warnings when you're offline or location is switched off Behind the scenes: far more reliable background location handling, better battery life, and stronger privacy. Plus fixes to Tracker Health and Firmware Update.

What's new in 3.0.5 This release is all about reliability and safety under the hood. • Stronger security. We've encrypted stored login credentials, tightened our network connections, and hardened the app against bad input — keeping your family's data safer. More reliable background location. Location keeps updating more dependably when the app is in the background or after your phone restarts, so the map stays fresh and journeys aren't missed. • Better location history. The history screen now opens on your most recent location, covers the full day correctly, and refreshes automatically when you return to it. Clearer member details. The focused-member card now shows the real places someone has visited today. • Smoother sphere setup. Clearer wording when creating a sphere, an easier expiry-time picker, and a more consistent look across the app's slide-up panels. • Crash fixes. Fixed several crashes, including one when opening notifications and one on the device screen. Thanks for using OurSphere! Keep the feedback coming.

bug fix and general stability improvements.

OurSphere 3.0.1 is yet another one of our biggest updates! Faster, smarter, and more alive than ever. A MAP THAT COMES ALIVE Watch your people move in real time. Moving avatars now glow with a cyan "sonar" ripple, pins pulse with a soft, satisfying bounce, and the map replays everyone's recent path the moment you open it. Press and hold anywhere for a snappy, tactile feel. A SMARTER LOCATION HISTORY See exactly where someone stopped and how long they stayed with new "time spent here" pills. Cleaner routes that trace real stops instead of messy scribbles, street-level zoom to see every detail, and quick day-to-day arrows to jump through time. NEVER LOSE THEM AGAIN We rebuilt background location tracking from the ground up. Far fewer gaps while driving, much more accurate "last seen" spots, and lightning-fast catch-up the moment your phone wakes — even when GPS is weak. A FRESH, FASTER START Say hello to a beautiful new branded splash screen and a warm "Welcome back" sign-in. The app now launches faster and smoother than ever. SPHERES & DEVICES, PERFECTED Sphere and device cards now match beautifully, showing live distance and "places today." The map follows whoever you're focused on as they move. Plus a redesigned "Add a Tack" flow with device categories, a refreshed profile editor, and a sleeker QR scanner. SAFE ZONES & NOTIFICATIONS Polished safe-zone editing with bigger handles and view-only guest mode, clearer notification icons, and more complete Traditional Chinese and Japanese translations. …and dozens of smaller fixes to make everything feel just right.
