Smarter Program Matcher The Program Matcher now builds your recommendations around what you actually have to train with. • Tell us your equipment (dumbbells, bands, a full gym or just bodyweight) and you'll only be matched with programs you can really do. • Choose how you like to train (free weights, machines & cables, or bands & bodyweight) and we'll favor the programs and exercise swaps that suit you. • Recommendations respect your fitness level and the workout length you pick. If nothing fits your time exactly, we'll suggest the closest length, or follow-along workouts you can start right away. • When several programs fit equally well, our coaches' top picks come first. • Preview any program and see its workouts the way you'll actually train them, with exercises swapped to match your equipment.
