HOW WELLNESSWITS WORKS Telehealth appointments: WellnessWits gives you access to virtual care services including, primary care, mental health, nutrition and wellness coaching. Our licenced and board certified team of experts and coaches offer recommendations and medical advice on non-emergency chronic issues like: -Diabetes -Hypertension -Chronic pain -Headaches and migraines -Stress and Anxiety -Depression -Irritable bowel disease -Reflux disease -Allergies -Prescription refill -And much more You can seamlessly get on appointments with health experts who will help you navigate your care plans and offer recommendations for self management and symptom improvement via chat, phone or video calls on your mobile device. Group sessions: Join Drop In Group Medical Appointments (DIGMAS) with your family or caregivers and enjoy the opportunity to ask questions and get real time feedback from your care team and other group members. Health risk assessments: Quickly identify potential health risks by taking regular assessments as often as you like. Self-paced programs and personalized care plans give you step-by-step instructions on how to improve your health and access resources to help you quickly abate any impending risks. 24/7 On demand health coaching: Set goals and bite sized tasks to help you build new habits that are easy to manage without overwhelm. Customized coaching programs are curated specifically for you based on your daily health patterns. Health and symptom tracking: As you go about your day, our easy to use interface allows you to monitor how you eat, move, sleep, reflect, connect and learn for achieving wholeness and creating the life that you want. WellnessWits integrates with the Apple Health app to provide you with easy access to tracking your health data in one place, and export your information seamlessly. HOW TO GET WELLNESSWITS WellnessWits is accessible with or without insurance coverage. You can get access through your employer, health insurance plan or partner organization. If you do not have membership through any of our partners, you can get started with all our free programs and app features at no cost to you.
