The Blue Cross® and Blue Shield® Federal Employee Program (FEP) Overseas app is for members who need to submit medical claims for care received outside the United States, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. It can also be used for care received on a U.S. military base overseas or on a cruise ship. If you received care anywhere else, please submit your claim to your local Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.

International Provider Finder: Find a doctor or hospital outside the United States and request a Guarantee of Benefits (GOB).
Claims: Securely submit your medical claims and receipts through the mobile app. Follow the step-by-step guide or upload a completed claim form. This helps you get reimbursed faster.
Translation Tools: Includes country-specific equivalents for hundreds of prescription or over-the-counter medications. It also translates common healthcare terms and phrases into 14 languages and includes audio support.
Convenient Login: The app lets you sign in using your fingerprint or facial recognition, making it easy and secure to access your account.
