With the IRL Health Bar app on Apple Watch, you can measure and monitor key health metrics right from your wrist. A full health bar means you have energy and depletes as you exert energy. It is designed to help you understand critical information at a glance, using simple shapes, numbers, and background colors.
Features
• Generate a share code for your Health Bar. You can stream it anywhere at starting at irlhealthbar.com.
• Scroll through the list of workouts to choose the workout type that best matches what you're doing, including running, hiking, yoga, and cycling.
• Raise your wrist to view key metrics, including calories, distance, pace, heart rate, running power, and more during your workout session.
• Add complications and Smart Stack widgets for convenient and glanceable insights.
• Integrates fully with Strava. Choose to automatically upload your Runs, Cycle, or any activity to your account.

Keeping the app bug free and frictionless. Most notably you can access the Settings page in the during a workout. This allows users to change themes, access your share code, change from imperial to metric system, and much more! And you will now see your Health Bar range and average after completing a workout.

Improvements to Sharing Your Health Bar Everywhere You Go. Share codes now work more seamlessly across IRL Health Bar and its sister-app IRL Health Bar. Additionally, I made overall made improvements to Workouts, including better integration with Strava.

I'm very excited to announce Strava Integration with Workout Health Bar! You can now auto upload any workout to Strava as well as include a map of your run, bike, hike (relevant workouts). Next, you can share your health bar with friends family or personal trainer by Signing in with Apple and visiting irlhealthbar.com; Next, I added an extensive list of workouts with options to add or remove as many as you like. No matter your sport you can track it. Finally overall accessibility improvements and internationalization using both metric and imperial system for tracking distance.
