HarpCheck is the dedicated app for environmental monitoring of harps equipped with an integrated logging device.
Wooden musical instruments, and harps in particular, are sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Sudden variations or unsuitable environmental conditions may affect the stability of the instrument, its tuning behavior, mechanical response and long-term preservation. HarpChecker was created to give musicians, harp owners, technicians and makers a simple, accurate and modern way to monitor these essential parameters.
The app communicates via Bluetooth Low Energy BLE with the device installed on the harp, allowing you to download, view and analyze the data recorded over time. The integrated logger records temperature and humidity with centesimal precision, assigning date and time to each measurement, so you can obtain a clear and detailed history of the environmental conditions experienced by the instrument.
With HarpChecker, you can quickly check the environmental status of your harp, download the stored logs and display them through a clear and elegant graph.
