Bug fixes for data export, mic, push notifications and first day of the week

Greatly simplified the interface, fixed mic button and added option to change mic detection language. Changed the free limit to a month instead of weekly, due to ongoing costs of running cloud services. Removed the automatic cast - my opinion is that it caused confusion in the opening screen, and beats the point of i ching. If you'd like it returned, let me know and I'll think about a nicer solution.

You can now secure your diary behind a biometric lock (settings). I cleaned up the opening screen because it looked too busy. Stats are still reachable from the drawer menu. Other stuff: Added about screen, feedback option

Fixed an issue when tapping an additional question to open a cast screen. Added an in-app contact (reach it from settings -> contact) so it's easier for you to send feedback and report bugs.

Optimizations

Added login - Users who login, enjoy cloud backups of their readings. Free accounts are deleted after 30 days. If you no longer want to be registered, you can also press the "Delete me" in the settings. Added Suggestions - It’s sometimes hard to ask i ching the appropriate question. That’s why i added an initial pool of questions. Even better, once you ask a question, application will suggest you other similar questions you could ask. That feature is for subscribers. Suggestions can be disabled from settings. Added Additional Questions - Once you ask your question and run i ching, you will land on the interpretation page. There will be a section for additional questions you could ask i ching. Additional questions can be disabled from settings. Optimizations and bugfixes - Sometimes hexagrams from reading history weren’t correctly showing. I also added hexagram pictures in the Dictionary section. It looks clearer to see text with a picture next to it. Fixed clear all data button. Reading history is grouped by date. Readings can be deleted by swiping left, it’s easier than entering every single one to delete. Added a "contact" option. You can get there by pressing settings and scroll down to the contact option. I added this as an easy way for you to report what’s not working or what could be improved.
