GCSE Sociology helps you revise for GCSE (9–1) Sociology with exam-style questions, key thinkers, revision notes and mock tests. Choose your exam board when you first open the app: AQA (8192) or WJEC Eduqas (C200). Topics, questions and the mock test then follow your course.
It suits students in Year 10 and Year 11, and parents or teachers who want a structured way to revise.

KNOW YOUR KEY THINKERS
From Durkheim, Marx and Weber to Parsons, Bowles and Gintis, Willis, Young and Willmott, Oakley and Heidensohn, questions cover what each thinker argued, the evidence behind it and how to evaluate it, and flash cards link each name to the main idea. Thinkers sit inside their own topics, so you learn them alongside the debates they belong to.
PRACTISE RESEARCH METHODS AND DATA
Choose the right method for a research aim, spot problems with a sample, weigh reliability against validity, and read bar charts, line graphs, pie charts and tables, the way the exam asks you to.
A note on the format: questions are multiple choice. The app helps you learn terms, thinkers and research methods, apply them to new scenarios and spot common mistakes. It does not mark extended written answers, so keep practising those on paper too.

On both boards one subtopic in each of the six areas is free, with 90 questions and the Mock Test on those questions.

• a one-off lifetime unlock, paid once with no renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. A purchase covers both exam boards.
