This is the first release of Lifts Coach, an AI coach that learns from your workouts and analyzes your training history. You can ask questions in natural language and get immediate answers about your latest workouts, personal records, trends, and overall progress.
Lifts Coach also actively monitors your data and highlights notable patterns or irregularities, helping you catch things you might otherwise miss.

As Lifts Coach learns your data, the app now automatically flags and aligns irregular workout data. For example, if a two-rep max appears stronger than a one-rep max, Lifts detects it and adjusts the progression logic accordingly.
