Q Delivery is the delivery management platform for Q App, designed to help delivery drivers receive, manage, and complete deliveries efficiently in real time.
The app allows Q Delivery drivers to:
• Receive new delivery requests instantly
• Navigate pickup and delivery tasks
• Update delivery statuses in real time
• Contact customers and shops easily
• Verify completed deliveries securely using OTP and proof systems
• Manage active and completed deliveries from one place
Q Delivery also supports Premium Shops on Q App by allowing them to integrate their own delivery staff into the platform. Shops can assign their own drivers, who can then receive and manage deliveries directly through the Q Delivery app while staying connected to the Q App ecosystem.
