Within the Eyre
Fitness app, you will receive your own personalized meal plan tailored to your
goals your food likes and your lifestyle, with variety of different recipes and
meals to choose from.
The app enables you to
view your personalized training program which is also designed specifically
for you, considering your fitness level, equipment available, whether you want
to train at home or in a gym, exercises you like and also the time you have to
dedicate to working out. The sets and reps are laid out clearly and there are
exercise demonstration images and videos to ensure you are executing the
movement with the correct technique.
