AirTrack: Breathe cleaner, move smarter
Air pollution is the world's biggest environmental health threat - and your exposure depends on where you go, when you go, and how hard you breathe. AirTrack is the personal air quality app that helps you cut your exposure without cutting back on the activities you love.
FIND CLEANER ROUTES
Planning a run, ride or walk? AirTrack analyses every street so you can pick the route with the cleanest air. Most users find alternatives with 20–40% less pollution - same distance, same destination, far better for your lungs.
DISCOVER CLEANER TIMES
Pollution levels swing dramatically through the day. AirTrack's 5-day forecast shows you exactly when the air will be cleanest, so you can plan tomorrow's workout around the freshest window - not the rush-hour smog.
BEAT HAY FEVER SEASON
New: see live pollen levels alongside pollution data. Know what's in the air before allergies catch you out, and plan your day around tree, grass and weed pollen peaks.
SYNC YOUR FITNESS APPS
Connect Strava, Garmin and Apple Health to automatically score every activity. AirTrack adds clean-air insights to your runs, rides and walks — and with our AirCoach AI summaries, you'll know exactly how each session affected your exposure.
COMPETE WITH FRIENDS
Join groups, climb leaderboards, and challenge friends, family or your team to clock the cleanest journeys. Healthier habits stick when you're doing them together.
GET PERSONALISED GUIDANCE
Your AirTrack Score makes air quality simple. No confusing AQI numbers, no jargon — just one clear score that tells you how clean your air was, with smart suggestions to push it higher tomorrow.
TRACK YOUR DAILY EXPOSURE
AirTrack runs quietly in the background, building a complete picture of your pollution dose across activities, commutes and time at home. Because what matters isn't just the air outside — it's the air you actually breathe.
WHY AIRTRACK?
Even small reductions in pollution exposure deliver real health benefits: better lung function, lower cardiovascular risk, sharper cognition, and improved athletic performance. The World Health Organisation has confirmed there's no safe level of PM2.5, which means every step you take to reduce exposure counts.
AirTrack turns invisible air quality data into clear, personal action. Whether you're a daily runner, a weekend cyclist, a parent walking the school run, or someone managing asthma or allergies — AirTrack helps you stay active, stay outdoors, and protect your long-term health.
MOVE CONFIDENTLY. CLEAN AIR IS WAITING FOR YOU.

Dark mode
AirTrack now has a proper dark theme. Choose Light, Dark or Match device in Settings under Appearance. Match device is the default, so if your phone is already set to dark, AirTrack is too. Air quality colours have been retuned for the dark background so every score stays readable.
Your air, over any period
The daily exposure diary has become Analysis. Switch between Day, Week, Month, 3 months and a Year from one screen. Day is the diary you already know; the longer views plot each workout against your usual range, so you can see at a glance whether today was better or worse than normal. Narrow it to workouts only or to a single activity, and switch between your Clean Air Score, PM2.5, NO2 and ozone.
Groups are free for everyone
Creating a group and inviting people to it no longer needs Premium. Anyone with an account can start one.
Colour palettes for everyone
The alternative palettes, designed with colour-vision accessibility in mind, are no longer limited to our test group. They are in Settings under Colour palette.
More in every activity
Activities from Apple Health now bring your average heart rate across with them, and activity detail shows the conditions you were out in: temperature, wind and rain.
Fixes and improvements
• The Pollen tile no longer goes blank when your chosen pollen type has no reading for the day. It shows the highest of the other types instead, and tells you which.
• Indoor sensor charts show times and dates in your own timezone rather than UTC, so a month no longer starts on the last day of the one before.
• Activities synced from Apple Health are no longer imported a second time after a sync reset.
• The route planner now starts from where you are, so your first search finds places near you rather than on the other side of the world.
• Invitation links to an organisation now work when the app was installed by following the link.
