- For continuous heart-rate tracking, PowNap uses a “Mind & Body” workout session (required by watchOS)

Why does PowNap start a workout?
- watchOS only allows continuous heart-rate tracking during an active workout.
Does PowNap fake activity or calories?
- No. All values come directly from watchOS.
Does PowNap affect Activity Rings?
- Yes, while the workout is active — this is system behavior.
Infinity = deep sleep?
- No. Infinity Nap is for short recovery, not deep or long sleep.
