ShotAnalyzerX is a target photo and shot group analysis app for iPhone and iPad, designed for precision rifle shooters, handloaders, PRS, Benchrest and F-Class competitors, and hunters.
Take a target photo with your iPhone or import one from your photo library. Calibrate the image and mark the bullet holes to analyze your shooting results.

CORE FEATURES:
• Group Measurements: Mark the centers of bullet holes to calculate the diameter of the smallest circle enclosing them in MOA, MIL or mm, plus Mean Radius. Add a Point of Aim to measure the mean Point of Impact offset from it.
• Multiple Groups per Target: Analyze and color-code multiple distinct shot groups on a single target — perfect for powder charge ladder tests and bullet seating depth experiments.
• Composite Group Analysis (Premium): Overlay groups from multiple targets to evaluate dispersion using a larger sample of shots. A limited number of free trials is included.
• Ammunition Notes: Save caliber, shooting distance and date. Use the project description to record bullet weight, powder charge, primer type and measured muzzle velocity.
• Scale Calibration: Mark two points on the target and enter the distance between them in millimeters or inches.
• Project Search and Sorting: Search by name, description or caliber. Sort projects by name, last modification or best group size.
• High-Resolution Export: Generate professional target summary images and reports to share with your coach, shooting partners, or shooting logs.
• iCloud Synchronization: Sync projects and target photos between devices using the same iCloud account when iCloud is available.
