Flight Itineraries Flight itineraries can now be edited after creation. Operations staff and flight followers can update itinerary details, routes, work areas, aircraft assignments, SAR times, and other operational information without needing to recreate the itinerary. Flight Ticket Notifications Flight ticket submissions now trigger automatic email notifications to a company-configurable email address. When a pilot submits a ticket, operations staff are immediately notified with key flight details, helping ensure tickets are reviewed and processed promptly. Dangerous Goods Enhancements Flight tickets now support expanded Dangerous Goods tracking, including: TDGR 12.9 Operations IATA Fully Regulated Operations These selections are available throughout ticket creation, editing, and reporting workflows.

Admin Duty section has been added to keep track of all pilots duty time and flight time from one dashboard. Duty Time page has also been tweaked for the pilot for a more streamlined entry of times and saving of data.

Updates have been made to the flight ticket section of the app allowing for a more streamlined process for the pilots and admin. Flight ticket time has been hooked into the duty time page as well. Just fill out your tickets and your duty time is automatically updated.

Operational Memory is a new module that lets you capture and organize real operational knowledge in one place. You can create places with location based notes, photos, and attachments, group them into missions, and write digital handovers to ensure critical information is not lost between rotations. Everything is map driven, shared within your company, and built to preserve operational knowledge, improve continuity, and support safer day to day operations.

Weight and balance section has been updated to include external loads. This has been integrated with a separate fuel burn line so you can see how weight and balance changes with and without your external loads. Flight duty time page now incorporates next off day calculations so there is no guessing when you need to take your next day off.

This version introduces the following new features: Calendar & Job Scheduling: Users can create and view events for flight operations or maintenance. Events include location, times, aircraft info, and contact details. Working Alone Safety Timer: Designed for field personnel working alone. Users select a safety contact and check-in frequency. If a check-in is missed, the contact is notified. Flight Ticket Management: Users can submit and admins can view flight tickets with details like aircraft, legs flown, fuel charges, and receipt attachments. Operational Gear Tracking: Admins can log and track gear inspection/expiry dates and export overdue lists. File Attachment Support: Files (e.g., PDFs, images) can now be attached to jobs and tickets and viewed later. Uses Firebase Storage for secure upload. All new features are built using standard Flutter and Firebase tools. No custom encryption or sensitive hardware APIs are used. Location is used only to center maps during event creation.
