Learn Arabic by speaking it from day one. Start with the alphabet, order a coffee in your first Level 1 lesson, and by the end of Level 2, tell someone your own story.
Takallam teaches Fus'ha, also called Modern Standard Arabic (MSA): the Arabic of the Quran, the khutbah, the news and books, understood across the Arab world. It is built for English speakers, from complete beginners to learners who can read the letters but not the meaning.

New to Arabic script? Level 0 teaches the Arabic letters from scratch, with audio for every sound, before you move on to words and conversation.
SPEAK ARABIC FROM THE FIRST LESSON
Level 1 opens with "I Want Coffee". From there you greet people, introduce yourself, talk about your family, go shopping, describe your day and tell stories in the past and future.
