Playback Opening and switching books feels smoother, while your listening time is saved in the background. Your latest place—including a rewind—is kept more reliably when switching books or reopening BookDeck. Refinements Now Playing artwork stays matched to the current book. The sleep timer now finishes with a shorter, five-second fade.

Book deletion works properly again. Bug Fixes • Fixed an issue that could prevent a local or downloaded audiobook from being deleted. • Deleting a book now removes its audio, cover, and supporting files as expected, without affecting the rest of your library. • Deleted books remain removed after BookDeck is closed and reopened.

New in 2.0.2 Edit your books Tap and hold any book to bring up the menu, then tap Edit. From there you can change the book's title, change its author, and swap its cover art. For the cover, pick a new image from your Photo Library, paste one from the clipboard, or choose a file from your device. Your changes are saved instantly and show up everywhere — in your library, the player, the Lock Screen, and the Home Screen widget. Improvements • Covers you add are resized automatically so they don't take up extra space.
