klik 2.0 is our biggest update yet.
FASTER EVERYWHERE
We rebuilt how the app loads and renders. Startup is quicker, lists scroll smoothly, and images appear sooner.
BETTER PARCELS
Send to multiple stops in one trip and drag them into the order you want. See your driver's details and your delivery stats from the past week.
KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER
Vendor pages now show opening hours, ratings and reviews. Pick the exact branch you want, filter by category, and see at a glance when something is unavailable.
SMARTER ABOUT LOCATION
We'll tell you when you're ordering somewhere far from your saved addresses, and help you register a closer one.
FOR YOU
A new home page built around what you actually order. Personalized picks, offers chosen for you, and your active carts always within reach.
LIVE ORDER TRACKING
Follow your order from kitchen to doorstep on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. No need to open the app. Driver details and a one-tap call are there when you need them.
MORE WAYS TO PAY
M-Pesa and ArifPay now sit alongside your existing payment methods, with secure in-app checkout.
VOICE NOTES
Hard to describe where you are? Record a short voice note instead of typing directions, and we'll attach it to the right address.
WALLET
Top up, pay from your balance, and see every transaction in one place.
Thanks for riding with klik. Questions or ideas? We read everything.
