Gonna Rain? sends you a rain alert before the first drop falls, for where you are now or any place you care about. Check the live rain radar, see when rain starts and stops, and plan your day around the weather instead of getting caught in it.
WHY PEOPLE USE GONNA RAIN
• Rain alerts before it starts: a push notification when rain or snow is likely in the next 15 minutes, the next hour, today or tomorrow.
• Live rain radar: watch precipitation, clouds, temperature and wind move across the map, hour by hour. (Premium)
• 15-minute precipitation forecast: know exactly when the shower begins and ends. (Premium)
• Hourly and 7-day forecast: temperature, feels-like, wind, gusts, and rain and snow probability.
• Morning forecast: a short, plain-language summary of today's weather, so you know whether to take an umbrella.
• Activity forecast: the best time today for walking, running, cycling, hiking, fishing, gardening, paddling or skiing.
• Home Screen widgets: rain chance and temperature for today and tomorrow at a glance.
ALERTS THAT FIT YOUR DAY
• Choose the rain chance that should trigger an alert. (Premium)
• Set notification hours and quiet hours, so nothing wakes you at night. (Premium)
• Add home, work, school or your next trip, plus temporary locations that expire on their own. (Premium)
• A smart cooldown for light, lingering drizzle means fewer repeated alerts.
MADE FOR
Commuters, parents on the school run, runners and cyclists, dog walkers, gardeners, outdoor workers and event planners: anyone who wants to know "is it going to rain?" before stepping outside.
