Full support for the new macOS 26 / iOS 26 .ips crash report format: the main executable is identified correctly even when it is not the first image, and the OS version, capture time and Application Specific Information are shown. Fixed missing file:line information with DWARF 5 debug data and wrong-architecture symbols from universal (x86_64+arm64) dSYMs.
