Health.md turns your Apple Health data into beautiful, searchable Markdown notes — automatically synced to Obsidian or any folder you choose. Daily notes use your existing template, insert into the right folder, and support Obsidian Bases (YAML frontmatter properties) so your health data becomes queryable in Obsidian's database views.
