Guided Audio & Visual Cues
Once you hit GO, the app takes over. You will see exactly how much time is left in your current interval or segment. The app provides audio alerts when it’s time to switch from walking to running or cooling down, so you don’t need to look at the screen.

Every session is built on professional training principles to prevent injury and maximize results:
5-Minute Warm-up: Prepares your muscles.
Core Training: A mix of running and walking intervals (early weeks) or continuous running (later weeks).
5-Minute Cool-down: Safely brings your heart rate down.
SMART WORKOUT LOGIC
Auto-Progression: Within a single workout, the app automatically moves from the warm-up to the main set, and then to the cool-down.
Focus on the Now: The app will finish the current workout completely. It does not automatically jump to the next day, allowing you to rest and recover at your own pace.
