Collections, reorganized • The top of the page shows what needs you: overdue, due this week, and open tasks. • Collections sort by recent activity and show how long since each one changed, so quiet projects stand out. • Each collection shows its next task or event and a progress ring. • Inside a collection, progress comes first, the most urgent tasks lead the page, and active filters show as chips you can clear. • Done and Archived collections now share one place. • A new Collection Settings screen holds setup and clean-up, so the ⋯ menu stays short. • Search now finds tasks inside your collections too. Shopping, start to finish • Pick a store with one tap and watch each aisle’s progress. • Mark an item “Not Here” for this trip. • Change amounts with a quick stepper. • Add items or pick from suggestions in one place. • Finish a trip with a summary, then look back at past trips by month. Folders for Notes • Organize notes into folders. Move a note from its menu, with a swipe, or from the editor. • Switch folders in one tap from the chips at the top of your notes. • Make, rename and delete folders from Folders…. Deleting a folder never deletes its notes. • New notes go into the folder you’re viewing, and search finds notes by folder name. • Folders sync across your devices. A cleaner note editor • While you type, one toolbar holds Format, Checklist, Table, Attach, Undo and Hide Keyboard. • Tap Aa for a formatting panel with styles, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, lists and indents. It shows what’s turned on where you’re typing. • When you’re reading, the toolbar switches to note actions: Checklist, Attach, Folder, Share and More. Smarter widgets: check things off, catch up on overdue reminders, join meetings and send a Running Late message right from your Home and Lock Screens. New Drive Mode and Catch Up: a cleaner Drive Mode that shows your next stop at a glance, and a new Catch Up panel for clearing overdue reminders with a swipe. Meet Briefing
 Daily Briefing, Insights and Memory Lane are now one place called Briefing, with three tabs: Today: your brief, what's due, what's been done and what changed since you last looked. Week: whether tomorrow fits, what's on it, and the next seven days at a glance. Patterns: yesterday's recap, your streak, your rhythm and how your work adds up. Briefing opens on Today during the day and on Week in the evening, so it starts with what you need. A calmer Today
Today now shows one banner at a time, and only for something that needs you: when to leave, weather that affects your plans, or a problem with your day. Everything else sits in one row of small chips. Tap a chip to open it, or swipe to hide it for the rest of the day. Family calendars you can actually see
In Day view, each family calendar now has its own lane along the edge of the day, with a light tint and the person's initial. Overlapping family events each get their own lane, and very dark calendar colors are brightened in dark mode. Hidden lists stay hidden
Reminder lists you hide in Settings no longer appear anywhere else in the app. That includes list pickers, tiles, Move to List, new reminders, Siri, Sebastian Web and widget setup. A cleaner, more consistent interface across Today, Reminders, Schedule, Collections, widgets, and Live Activities—with less clutter, clearer controls, smarter layouts, and easier navigation.

Alarms & Timers on Today Your next alarm and your saved timers now have a permanent spot on Today. Start a saved timer with one tap, and while one is running, its live countdown and controls are right there. Collections, front and center Collections now leads the shortcut row on Today, so it's always one tap away, with your pinned collections right after it. Easier to read Text throughout the app now follows your Larger Text setting in Settings. Better widgets • Widgets look right on tinted and clear Home Screens. Buttons, badges and contact photos stay clear. • Lock Screen widgets can hide event, reminder and note details until you unlock. • The widget gallery is easier to browse, with everyday widgets first. We’ve been tidying up Sebastian so you can spend less time managing your day and more time living it. Notes now has a cleaner layout, easier formatting, and save status—because “Did that save?” shouldn’t be another thing on your mind. We’ve also improved reminder deletion, overdue rescheduling, list filters, and completion stats. Widgets got a little housekeeping too, with clearer layouts and event information that keeps up with the clock. Plus, better protection for unfinished edits, clearer sync feedback, and a round of bug fixes. A few bugs have officially been crossed off our list.

Shopping Lists, Built In Turn any Reminders list into a Shopping list. Items are grouped by aisle and show their amount, store and price, with a running total. • Shopping mode: Start Shopping gives you a full-screen checklist in aisle order. Put items in your cart as you go. A Live Activity follows your trip on the Lock Screen and Apple Watch. • Quick to add: type “2 lb apples, milk @Meijer” and each item lands with its amount, aisle and store. Autocomplete suggests things you’ve bought before, plus everyday items. • Suggestions page: pick any number of items from Your Staples, Frequent and Common items by aisle, then add them all in one tap. • Buy Again and Staples: Sebastian learns what you buy, how often, how much and where, and suggests it before you run out. • Smart help: it remembers prices to estimate your total. It assigns aisles automatically and learns from your corrections, with Apple Intelligence for unusual items. It sends items to the store you usually buy them at, tidies names and catches duplicates. • Edit in place: shopping details now sit right on the reminder. • Shared and TaskFlow lists: items keep their details across devices and apps. • Shopping List widget: a new dark design, including Extra Large, with a Store setting so it shows only what to buy at that store. • Control Center and Shortcuts: add items to your list from anywhere. Reminders • List sections: group a list under headings. Drag a reminder under a heading to file it, or use Move to Section. Fold a section with a tap and see its count at a glance. A list with sections shows them whatever your grouping. • Reorder tiles: drag one pinned tile onto another, or use Reorder Tiles. Apple Watch • Live Activities in the Smart Stack are now always dark and easy to read. Threads, rebuilt around the people they are about • Contact photos, drag to reorder, and category chips for events, reminders, medications, notes, comments, alarms and timers. • Filter a thread down to one kind of entry, then share exactly that as text or as a formatted PDF. • New tips and guidance for linking calendars, reminder lists, alarms, timers and notes to a person, so Threads has something to build from. Medications • Medication refills now have their own category, their own filter chip and the medication icon in Threads. • Finished a course? Archive it. The record and its history stay, due dates and repeats stop, and you choose which list it moves to. Fasting • A fast now keeps running past its target and shows "Over Target", so you can see how long you actually fasted rather than just that you passed the line. Contacts and groups • Create, rename, reorder and manage contact groups, with undo on anything destructive. • Contacts that appeared twice in Threads are now merged automatically. Your day, in your order • Rearrange the Today tab from the Today tab. • Redesigned launcher widgets with clearer cards, and buttons that act without opening the app. Sync • Links, contact groups, alarms, linked calendars and lists, and your refill and fasting history now follow you across your devices. Export • Save a complete copy of everything Sebastian keeps, whenever you want it. Free and Plus • Every calendar and reminder list is now visible on the Free plan. Nothing is hidden any more. What's New Sync improvements and a fix More of Sebastian now follows you between devices. Your alarms, medication refill history, fasting history, contact groups, and the calendar overlaps you've marked as fine all sync now — so the record you built on your iPhone is there on your iPad. We also fixed a bug where the same person could show up twice in Threads, with half their history under each. They're back to one entry, with everything in one place. Launcher widget updates The Two and Four Card launchers have a cleaner, flatter look that's easier to read at a glance. Better still, they now do things. Pause a running timer, start your eating window, tick off your next reminder, or switch off tomorrow's alarm — straight from the Home Screen, without opening the app. The Two Card launcher makes proper use of its space, showing what's coming next rather than just a bigger version of the four-card view. And it's now available on the Lock Screen. Threads improvements Contact photos appear beside the people in your threads, and you can drag to put the ones you check most at the top. You can also add a thread straight to an appointment, so a medication history is already on the calendar entry when you arrive. More help getting started Threads is genuinely useful once things are linked to a person — but it wasn't obvious how to set that up. There's now a step-by-step guide in Settings → About → How Linking Works, and gentle tips along the way that point out the quickest route: linking a whole calendar or reminder list at once, rather than one item at a time.
