Roxy's Wellbeing Adventures helps children aged 7–11 understand their feelings, build resilience, and discover the quiet strength of belief and faith — together with a parent, carer, teacher or mentor. Created by Mind Angels Charity, Roxy is more than an app. It's a gentle helping hand for children and the adults who care about them. Through warm, story-based adventures and simple wellbeing skills, children learn to name their feelings, calm their worries, and grow in confidence and compassion. A JOURNEY OF NINE STORIES Children follow Roxy through everyday situations that explore real feelings and challenges: • Anxiety, Depression and a Positive Mental Attitude • Prejudice, Pollution and Being Under an Influence • Allowing Yourself to Feel and Building Your Self-Esteem • and finally, Belief and Faith EIGHT LIFE SKILLS Alongside the stories, children practise skills they can use every day: Understanding the Mind, Mindfulness, Affirmations, Positive Mental Attitude, Stress and Exercise, Meditation, Food and Nutrition, and Belief and Faith. A FOUNDATION FOR BELIEF AND FAITH Roxy builds wellbeing first - calm, reflection, gratitude and self-belief — the grounded, open heart on which belief and faith can take root and flourish. The journey's capstone gently explores the difference between belief and faith, offered without endorsing any religion, so every family and community brings its own meaning. It's a stepping stone that families, schools and faith communities can build on, without prejudice. MADE TO BE SHARED, NOT USED ALONE Roxy is designed for a trusted adult to journey with the child — a parent, grandparent, carer, teacher or mentor. Read-aloud voices and a large-font option mean even an older relative can share the stories. Reading together builds stronger families, and gives fathers and father-figures a simple, low-pressure way to connect with their child's inner world and grow the bond between them. SEE HOW THEY'RE GROWING A daily tracker and a simple dashboard give the supporting adult clear sight of the child's wellbeing as they progress — mood and new feeling-words learned, sleep, water, healthy food, mindfulness, a favourite affirmation, and any worries the child chooses to share. A wellbeing check-in at the start and end helps you see real change in awareness, confidence and resilience, with a certificate of completion to celebrate the journey. Updated Subscription Verification and Trial details making subscriptions simpler and easier to enable after trial. Daily tracker for each profile will run no earlier than 5pm, local time, give the child time to practise their learned skills and consume water. Added Apple EULA.
