oom Scanner Ai Estimator is the LiDAR room scanner built for general contractors, remodelers, and builders. Walk a room and keep a 3D model, a floor plan, and the measurements. Then send that scope to the subcontractors who can price the job.
Scan walls, doors, windows, and openings on an iPhone with LiDAR. Review the 3D model, open a blueprint floor plan with dimensions, and export it as a PDF. The measurements stay on the project with your photos and the renovation questions for that type of work, from a bathroom or kitchen to a basement, roof, addition, or deck.
