Docket: Inbox for What Matters
效率
免费 · App 内购买 · 专为 iPad 设计。未针对 macOS 验证。
There is an email in your inbox right now that actually matters. It is under newsletters you never signed up for, and you will find it tomorrow. Maybe.
That is not your fault. Email is the only place where anyone on earth can reach you without asking first.
Docket gives your inbox a door.
WHAT A DOCKET IS
A private space you share only with the people you invite. One for your team. One for your family. One for a single person. One just for you.
Only the people you invite can post to it.
HOW THINGS GET IN
Every docket has its own email address. Forward an email to it from the address you signed up with, and it lands in the docket, out of your inbox.
Or write straight into it. A note, a checklist, a status update, a meeting agenda, a journal entry.
GETTING THINGS DONE
Catch me up. A short summary of what is new since you last looked, instead of a pile.
Needs you. The questions and action items pulled out of long messages, so nothing waits on you without you knowing.
Shared checklists everyone in the docket can tick off, with due dates you type in plain English. Every tick shows who did it and when, so nothing sits in the gap between two people.
The Vault. Every file, link and document that passes through a docket is kept there and searchable months later.
Replies in your own time. No typing indicators, no online dots, no read receipts. Turn notifications on for the dockets that matter to you, and flag a briefing as priority so it stands out in the feed. Everything else stays quiet.
WHY IT IS NOT ANOTHER CHAT APP
Your inbox lets everyone in. Group chats bury what matters under everything else. A docket holds a small number of people and the things that matter between you, in one quiet place that is still there in six months.
Folders keep your dockets in order as they add up.
PRIVACY
Encrypted in transit and at rest, stored with AES-256-GCM. We never sell your data.
FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE
Up to five dockets of your own, up to ten people in each, 1 GB in your Vault, and every format. No credit card.
DOCKET PRO
Unlimited dockets, unlimited people in each, 10 GB of storage, and a shorter custom email address. $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year.
Works on iPhone, iPad, Mac and at docket.ink

NEW · Pro: Authorized Senders
Some of the most important conversations happen with people who'll never sign up for another tool — clients, vendors, family, your kid's coach, your accountant.
Authorized Senders lets you add their email to a docket. They email in, your replies go back to their inbox, and the whole thread stays in the docket for your team. They never know there's a docket on the other end. To them, it's just a normal email exchange.
· Add any external email per docket (Pro)
· Inbound and outbound, threaded automatically
· One-click unsubscribe, bounce handling, no spam
· Authorized senders are kept strictly separate from collaborators — they can never see your docket

The new Feed View — find anything in seconds
Tap the View button at the top of any docket to filter and reorganize your feed your way:
• Filter by type — show only your Journals, Checklists, Agendas, Notes, or any combination. Tap as many as you want.
• Group by type — keep everything visible but neatly bucketed under section headings, so you can scan one category at a time without losing the rest.
• Bring snoozed items back into view — turn on the Snoozed filter and snoozed items appear inline in your active feed with a small reminder pill, so you can decide what to do without leaving the page.
• Focus on what matters — Priority and Unread filters compose with everything else (e.g. "show me my priority Journals from this week").
• One sheet for everything — Done and Deleted now live in the same view sheet, alongside sort and grouping. No more digging through menus to switch contexts.
The View sheet remembers your label preference per device — show full labels, or compact down to icons when you're a power user.
1.2.2 4月22日
A pair of small but meaningful fixes:
• Tap the paperclip to attach photos, files, or sketches — it now opens reliably from any compose surface, including replies.
• Items marked as Priority now wear a clear "Priority" badge in your docket so you can spot what matters at a glance.
1.2.1 4月22日
Docket on iPad
Docket now ships as a true iPad app, too.
iPad
• A persistent sidebar with all your dockets, collapsible to a slim rail when you want focus.
• A real three-pane layout on iPad Pro 13" in landscape — sidebar, item list, and item detail all visible at once.
• Hardware keyboard shortcuts: ⌘K to search, ⌘1–9 to switch dockets, ⌘, for settings.
• Drag any item card onto another docket in the sidebar to move it.
• Stage Manager and Slide Over supported Polish
• Snoozed items now accessible from each docket's settings.
• Cleaner Deleted and Done item views.
• Squashed a few pesky bugs.
1.2.0 4月20日
• Rich text wherever you write — bold, italics, links, lists, tables, and checklists across every compose surface.
• A beautifully reimagined item view — tighter typography, a softer header, and an editorial reading layout that respects your theme.
• Replies, reborn — long-press to reply, copy, edit, or delete; tap a parent reply to jump straight to it; search within a thread.
• Voice notes that just work — tap Post mid-recording and we’ll wrap it up for you, multi-clip transcripts now stitch together, and tiny accidental taps no longer create empty notes.
• Inline audio in replies, with a slim progress bar and one-tap close.
• Sharper readability — darker body text and a softer header gradient so words breathe again.
• Cleaner header — a single ⋯ menu replaces the cluster of icons.
1.1.0 4月20日
A bigger toolkit for saying what you mean.
• Voice notes. Tap and hold to record. Auto-transcribed so they're searchable and skimmable, but the voice is still there when it matters.
• Sketch attachments. Quick drawings, diagrams, and napkin-math. Sometimes a line beats a paragraph.
• Tables. Drop structured info straight into your messages. Schedules, comparisons, scores.
• A redesigned formatting bar that gets out of the way until you need it.
• Cleaner audio playback: collapses by default, marks itself as played, and behaves consistently across web and mobile.
• Plus small fixes to announcements and transcription accuracy.
1.0.9 4月17日
Feedback & feature requests: Share ideas and report bugs directly from the app — and get replies from the team.
Vault link improvements: Richer previews with favicons, better domain display, and cleaner link presentation.
Copy anything: Meeting agendas, checklists, journal entries, status updates, and freeform posts all copy as clean, readable text. Long-press any item to copy it straight from the feed.
Refreshed sign-in & sign-up screens: Cleaner layout, smoother flow, and a more polished first impression.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
1.0.8 4月16日
A new way to prepare for meetings together. Post an agenda with topics, assign leads, set time allocations, and flag decisions needed — all before the meeting starts. Collaborators can mark topics as resolved async, so the meeting only covers what's left.
Compose agendas with structured topics, descriptions, and optional metadata
Mark topics as "Resolved — skip in meeting" to shorten meetings
Track time allocations and pending decisions at a glance
1.0.7 4月15日
Checklists and status updates on the activity feed — Checklist items now show their full text, attribution (who checked what), and due dates directly in the activity feed. Status updates render with their signal bar (On track / At risk / Blocked) and mark-as-addressed support.
Improved checklist editing — Tapping a checkbox only toggles the task, not the entire row. Strikethrough applies correctly to completed items, and pasted content renders properly.
Activity feed reliability — Dismissed items stay dismissed across screen changes. Read status writes directly to the server for faster, more reliable syncing. Fixed a 1000-row query limit that could cause older activity to go missing.
Bug fixes — Fixed replies to snoozed or archived items not appearing in the feed. Fixed attachments not being reliably searchable in Vault. Fixed orphaned replies showing as standalone items. Improved checklist due date parsing.
1.0.6 4月14日
Two new structured templates to help your team communicate with clarity:
Checklists — Create shared to-do lists your team can act on together. Interactive checkboxes with attribution (who checked what, when), smart due date parsing ("by Friday" just works), and visual progress tracking with completion dots.
Status Updates — Share where things stand without the standup. Pick a signal (On track, At risk, or Blocked), write naturally about what happened, and optionally add "What's next" and "Flag for attention" sections. The attention block gets visually elevated so readers know instantly if action is needed.
Also includes:
Improved rendering for items with mixed content
Bug fixes for replies not appearing in the feed
1.0.5 4月13日
• Activity inbox redesign — Reply to items and react with emoji directly from the activity feed. New Mentions tab shows when you're tagged.
• Email notifications — Global email toggle with per-docket channel controls, unified alongside push settings in a single view.
• Member detail modal — Tap any collaborator to see their profile, role, join date, and set a private nickname visible only to you.
• Settings menu — Gear icon in the docket header opens the menu; quick access to Global Settings added.
• Smarter activity bell — The floating bell on the home screen only appears when you have unread activity.
• Fixed headers — Settings sub-screens keep the back button and title pinned while you scroll.
• Bug fixes — Notification toggles no longer flicker or reset other channels when saving.
