Record voice notes directly in the app. After recording, Voice Notes can transcribe your speech into text and save the result to your transcript library.

Import supported audio and video files from Photos or Files. Voice Notes can extract speech from your media and turn it into readable text.
◉ Direct Media Link
Paste a direct HTTPS audio or video file link and transcribe supported media. This feature is designed for direct media file URLs. General webpage links and YouTube links are not supported.
◉ Playback While Reading
Review your transcript while listening to the available audio. Use playback controls, skip forward or backward, and adjust playback speed to review the original recording more easily.
◉ Editable Transcripts
Transcription may not always be perfect. You can edit transcript text manually, correct recognition mistakes, add missing details, and save your refined version.
◉ Rename and Organize Notes
Give your recordings and imported transcripts clear names so they are easier to find later.
◉ Searchable Transcript Library
Keep your transcripts in one organized library. Search by title, transcript text, language, source type, status, or date.
◉ TXT & PDF Export
Copy transcript text, share it with other apps, or export your transcript as TXT or PDF. Before exporting, you can review and edit the file name.

Choose a transcription language before recording or importing. Supported options include Auto Detect, English, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and more supported languages.

No account is required. Your recordings, imported media, generated audio files, and transcripts are processed and stored on this device. The app does not upload your audio, video, or transcript content to a transcription server.
