Log water in the Health app, a smart bottle, or anywhere else, and it now flows straight into your daily total in Tare — so the numbers finally match. Your own entries are never double-counted.
Water is now an ingredient. Add it to any recipe or meal template, and logging a bowl of soup counts its water toward your hydration in one step - no separate entry. Amounts follow your units, in mL or fl oz.
