What's New in 1.4.0
Mini-Cert Printing
Print certificates for your graded comics right from Grade History. Choose a compact 4x6 label or a 4-up letter sheet — each cert includes your grade, cert number, and a QR code linking to the public grade lookup page.
Cover Photo Thumbnails
Grade History now shows a cover photo thumbnail for each entry, making it easier to find the book you're looking for at a glance.
Delete from History
Remove entries from your Grade History. This only hides the entry on your device — your grade record and certificate stay intact and remain searchable via the public lookup.
My Account Fix
Fixed an issue where the My Account button on the Home screen could be mis-tapped.

Just in time for San Diego Comic Con, version 1.3.3 brings smarter grading and new account features:
Condition Questionnaire — Before grading, you'll now answer a few quick yes/no questions about your comic's physical condition (detached cover, missing or torn pages, value stamps, writing on cover). This gives the AI more context and leads to more accurate results.
Email Verification — New accounts registered with email and password now require email verification before signing in, keeping your grade history secure.
Adaptive Free Grading — Free grade allowances now scale with your account age. New users get 3 free grades per day for the first week, 3 per week for the following three weeks, then 2 per month on an ongoing basis.
Minor improvements — Updated disclaimer language and accuracy feedback UI polish.
1.3.3 7月21日
• Certification Numbers — Every grade now receives a unique certification reference number, displayed directly in your history. Use it to track and reference your graded comics over time.
• Grade Detail View — Tap any comic in your history to see the full grading summary, including all noted defects and the reasoning behind your grade.
• Improved Grading Accuracy — Refined grading boundaries for high-grade books, with better detection of structural defects including cover separation.
1.3.2 7月17日
This update brings several improvements based on early user feedback.
Your daily free grades and purchased credits are now displayed separately on the home screen, so you always know exactly what you have available. Free grades appear in gold, purchased credits in purple.
We've also improved grading accuracy, with better distinction between 9.4 and 9.6 grades. Clean, minimally-handled books now receive the grades they deserve.
If you previously created an account using your Gmail address, signing in with Apple or Google will now automatically link to your existing account — your full grade history and any purchased credits carry over seamlessly.

1.3.0 — Accounts & Grade History
You can now create a free account and sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address. Once signed in, every grade you receive is saved to your account so you can look back at your collection over time — even if you switch phones.
What's new:
Sign in with Apple, Google, or email
Grade history saved to your account
Pick up where you left off — your history follows you across devices
3 free grades per day for signed-in users
We've also made improvements to grading accuracy and reduced unnecessary photo retake prompts.
1.3.0 7月7日
Photo Quality Check - Before grading, your photos are automatically reviewed for blur and low light. Any that could hurt grading accuracy are flagged — you can retake them on the spot or submit anyway. Retaken photos are re-checked before grading proceeds.
Signature Detection - When a signature is found on a cover, you're now asked to clarify whether it's part of the original printed artwork or was hand-applied. This matters because applied signatures (creator/celebrity) have significant value implications and are treated differently by graders.
Grading Reliability - Fixed a crash that some users encountered after photos uploaded successfully. Grading now completes reliably.
iOS 26 Compatibility - Fixed camera viewfinder corners being clipped on iOS 26.
iPad - App is now locked to portrait orientation on iPad.
