Apple Health Kim connects to Apple Health and only uses the data you choose to share. If apps or devices like Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, or Fitbit sync data into Apple Health, Kim can use the supported data available there. Food Tracking Snap a meal photo to estimate approximate calories and macros. You can also log meals by voice or text. Supplement Logging Log supplements and see how they may relate to your wellness trends. Kim can provide general educational context, but does not prescribe supplements, dosing, or treatment. Mood, Sleep, Exercise, and Habits Log moods, workouts, meals, supplements, and daily habits. Kim helps you reflect on patterns across what you track.
