Cognitive Challenge is a brain-training game built on the Stroop effect — the classic psychology test where the word and the ink colour disagree, and your brain has to fight the urge to read.
In practice: the word BLUE printed in red. Tap the ink colour, not the word. It sounds easy. It isn't. That tiny pause is your brain overriding a habit — and training it is the whole game.
