CrohniqTask is your central task management app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It combines tasks, Apple Reminders, appointments, projects, Scrum, sprints and daily focus in one calm and clearly structured workspace.
YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• Open and due-today tasks
• Overdue tasks
• Appointments and calendar load
• Daily focus and priorities
• Sprint status and team activity
GET MORE FROM APPLE REMINDERS
Bring your Apple Reminders into CrohniqTask and manage them in a clearer, more structured way. Edit priorities, due dates, lists and assignments directly in CrohniqTask and open entries again in the Apple Reminders app whenever needed.
SCRUM BOARD, PROJECTS AND SPRINTS
Organize tasks into projects and sprints and work with a clear Scrum Board. Move tasks between Backlog, Sprint Backlog, In Progress, Hold and Review while keeping progress, priorities and open work visible at all times.
Assign tasks directly to the active sprint and create a clear workflow from backlog to completed work.
DAILY FOCUS
Use the 1-3-5 method to focus on what matters most: one large task, three medium tasks and five smaller tasks. This helps keep your day realistic, focused and manageable.
CALENDAR AND APPOINTMENTS
See important appointments, your next meeting and your calendar load directly on the dashboard. Understand at a glance how much time is actually available in your day.
TEAM AND ASSIGNMENTS
Assign tasks to people and keep track of team activity and status changes directly inside the app.
FAST AND INTUITIVE
Clear views, swipe gestures, quick actions and structured task lists help you spend less time searching and more time getting things done.
SECURITY
Protect CrohniqTask with Face ID or your device passcode. Sensitive tasks remain protected and accessible only to you.
CrohniqTask combines task management, Apple Reminders, Scrum Board, sprint planning, projects, focus, calendar and teamwork in one app – clear, calm and without unnecessary complexity.
