iOS 27 compatibility update

In this version I added some minor and conservative GPS smoothing. I also stopped interpolating the last known speed when GPS data is missing and instead show –. These changes will reduce the chances that an incorrect speed measurement will affect your voyage's max speed, and will also prevent a higher speed is stuck on screen after stopping.
